Meet Lauren and Tess, the dynamic duo behind our improv sales training company. They kicked off their sales careers in quirky ways as kids – Lauren, a 10-year-old selling her grandparents' garden-grown produce, and Tess, going door-to-door offering to change lightbulbs.
Fast forward to their growing tech sales careers during which they both discovered their love for the arts. Tess mastered improv, and Lauren became an on-screen actor. It was in the world of drama that their "aha" moment struck. They realized the theater's authenticity, spontaneity, and empathy could supercharge their sales careers and others.
With decades of experience in both sales and theater, they fused the two worlds. Their mission? Empower salespeople to be genuine, make heartfelt connections with prospects and clients, and rewrite the sales script.

Tess has been studying, teaching, directing and performing improv for well over a decade. By day she managed enterprise portfolios as a Client Success Manager at high profile technology companies. She excelled in Customer Success roles by leaning on her improv background. Now she helps bring the art of improv to the craft of the sell.
Lauren Guilbeaux - Head of Sales
Lauren is a professionally trained and accomplished B2B sales leader with over 15 years experience in high growth technology and consulting companies. She is also a trained actress with a love for performing. If you don’t see her on a zoom call expertly leading talks on tech culture you may find her filming a show or leading writing rooms. The unique merger of sales and performing has her perfectly positioned to understand the exciting ways sales and improv intersect.
