What made yes&sell unique was the fact that as opposed to drilling your typical "sales jargon" focusing on being competitive, dominant, and manipulative, Tess and Lauren approached it from a creative place. I had been long turned off by the hyper-competitive aspects of sales, but Tess and Lauren's uniquely creative and engaging approached made sales fun again. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Tess and Lauren and would suggest yes&sell to anyone with either a creative background or seasoned sales professionals jaded from the "Always Be Closing" grind who want to expand their repertoire and view sales from a fresh background.

As a salesperson, I have seen the direct impact of the improv training, both through surpassing sales goals and how I approach clients. I found that I have a lot more genuine confidence and honestly my anxiety entering new situations has gone down significantly since using the skills yes&sell teaches

Improv training from yes&sell is a game changer. I could go on and on. The biggest takeaway for me was getting so comfortable with uncertainty. I noticed my stress level going down when connecting with new clients or having hard conversations with existing clients. I think I just feel like I have got the tools in my toolbelt to problem-solve confidently.

  • “Embracing failure is a pillar of improv that encourages improvisers to accept and reframe failures and mistakes as learning points, taking the bounce and continuing to move, instead of becoming debilitated.”
